It's important to note that SONR Music cannot be used as a receiver for this type of communication.

SONR is very easy to use. Simply load it with your audio files and then clip it to your goggles strap or slide it under your swim cap. Or you can use the Bluetooth mode at the dryland to listen to your music right from your phone.

Here are some general steps on how to use the SONR device:

1. Charge the battery.
2. Connect your device to your computer and transfer your music files.
3. Turn on the device and choose preferred mode.
4. Wear the device as desired.
5. Select the music you want to listen to and press play.
6. Please do not forget to turn off the device when you are going to charge it

The SONR device can be placed anywhere on the swimmer’s head - under the swimming cap or on the strap of the goggles using a special included clip. Thanks to its sleek and lightweight design, SONR looks great on any swimmer’s head. After just a few minutes of training, the swimmer forgets about the presence of the receiver, being able to stay fully focused on the training.

SONR Music battery life can last up to 4 hours on a single charge.

It's worth noting that different music tracks may have varying impacts on battery consumption due to their individual characteristics. Battery life expectancy depends on the type of music you listen to (how multi-instrumental it is) and the volume intensity. This combination will drain your power quicker. Please let us know what kind of music you listen to and what volume you set on the device.

The memory capacity of SONR Music is 16GB.

SONR Music supports any audio files in formats of MP3, WAV, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, MP4, M4A, AIF, AIFC.

SONR Music Bluetooth mode allows audio streaming of audio files from a smartphone or other device that supports Bluetooth audio transmission.

However, please note that Bluetooth doesn't work underwater.

Switching to Bluetooth mode is done by long-pressing the button for 2 seconds and releasing when the animation starts ( —— ).

After it SONR Music will start searching and pairing with an available device. Then you’ll be able to see SONR Music on your phone in the Bluetooth section. Please choose it from the list to connect to your phone.

However, please note that Bluetooth doesn't work underwater.

Unfortunately, All Bluetooth devices use 2.4GHz radio frequency—which does not work well in water. This is due to laws of physics, as water molecules attenuate the signal. Any Bluetooth device has a range of just a few inches when submerged underwater.

At the moment, you can keep the device connected to Bluetooth while being on dryland , at the distance of 50 meters.

To listen music under the water you need to upload any music you like via drag and drop files from any computer and listen to it in MP3 Mode.

To upload any audio file to SONR Music device, you need to connect it to your computer using the provided USB cable. The device folder should appear on your computer with the title "SONR Music". Then you can drag-and-drop audio files you like into the device.

You don't need any additional App to upload the audio file into SONR Music. Only USB cable and computer.

Switching SONR Music to MP3 Mode is done by long pressing for 2 sec and releasing when the animation starts (——).

The device starts playing the last listened track. In MP3 mode, audio files are played in the order they were transferred to the player. After the playlist ends, SONR Music goes to the top of the list.

To listen to music underwater, we recommend uploading audio files to the device and listen to them in MP3 mode.

But we are working now on the streaming version to have the possibility to listen your fav streaming platforms even underwater, so stay tuned!

You can use Bluetooth mode to connect to Spotify and other streaming services to listen to music from these platforms.

To download and listen to audio files offline, Spotify uses a digital rights management (DRM) system to protect the downloaded content. This means users can play the downloaded files only within the Spotify app. This is a common approach shared by other streaming services, like Apple Music and Amazon Music.

‍However, the iTunes Store offers all songs without Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection.

SONR Music does not support downloading the music playlist from streaming platforms with DRM and listening to it underwater. Although we are working on its integration in the next version of SONR Music. So stay tuned!

To change between high and low volume, you need to press the button 4 times.

The warranty period is 1 year. From the day you receive the device, the warranty automatically activates. You don't need to fill in any submission form.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, and it must still be in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
